You can’t kill a ghost. Ghosting is our namesake strategy: keep your outpost empty so enemies hit nothing. A ghost has no troops to kill and no resources to steal. It’s why we're hard to defeat.
The method is simple: bank or spend your resources, and keep your army nimble and always hidden.
Spend what you need as you earn them and send the rest to the Alliance Bank (or a nearby shielded ally in a pinch). Aim to keep fewer than 1M of each resource in your outpost.
Don't leave troops in your outpost for your enemies to hit. Hide them when you're not actively using them.
Bunker your troops: hide your core army in your bunker, but leave some breathing room for future troop production.
Reinforce the Alliance HQ: use the combat loadout + Death Jackal and a 50% march capacity boost to fit as many troops as possible into a reinforcement march to the HQ.
Excess troops: ideally your entire army is nimble enough to fit between your bunker and a reinforcement march to the Alliance HQ. If it isn't, consider dismissing lower tier troops, especially if they are not all Tier 5.
Extra hiding spots: Reinforce shielded allies, add your troops in a fake 6-hour rally to a faraway lair, or leave troops in your hospital until you need them. Always reinforce the Alliance HQ before looking for extra hiding spots.
Coordination: Always ask an ally if they're safe to hide your troops before reinforcing them. If you're protecting troops for allies, warn them before your shield expires or if you plan to teleport so they can recall and re-hide safely.
How do I ghost? Keep your outpost empty: spend resources as you earn them and bank the rest. Hide your troops.
Where to hide troops? In your bunker first, then reinforce the Alliance HQ.
Too many troops? If they don’t fit between your bunker and the Alliance HQ, consider dismissing lower tier troops for a nimbler army.
Need another hiding spot? Reinforce a shielded ally, create a fake rally, or leave injured troops in your hospital
